Colombian music scene is as diverse as its beautiful nature, here is a journey that takes you to different regions in Colombia. Enjoy!

Systema Solar (Caribean coast)


Systema Solar is a Colombian dance music group known for their party-oriented sound, which is influenced by the sound system DJ culture of the Caribbean. Their music combines elements of Afro-Caribbean music, champeta, bullerengue and cumbia, among other genres.

Ghetto Kumbe (Caribean coast)


Caribbean house beats and electronic rhythms alongside a cacophony of traditional Colombian instruments, the gaita flute and most importantly the drum, tambor.

La Batucada Guaricha (Santander)


La Batucada Guaricha in the company of Velandia and la Tigra have published Arrechas, a single that pays tribute to the strength and courage of women who defend life and nature.

It blends guitar, synth arrangements and various percussions, the “Ch” sound is the protagonist of the song, appearing several times in each of the lines of the stanzas.



Crudo means raw (Medellin)


Crudo means raw, a collage which melds rap with trap and reggaeton." “No Copio” a pretty, propulsive track that encourages listeners to defy fear. “I just want to breathe.”


Pillar Point (Bogota)


In dove a dance video by Pillar Point, American artist Kia Labeija catwalks, duck walks, and dips through the streets of Bogotá in search of her lover.



Chocquibtown (Pacific coast)


Although the band formed in Cali, the members are originally from the Colombian department of Chocó. The band's music draws influence from a wide variety of modern genres including hip-hop and more recently electronica, combined with traditional Colombian genres including salsa, Latin jazz, and Afro-Latin rhythms.


Herencia de Timbiqui (Pacific coast)


Straight from Timbiqui, Cauca Herencia de Timbiqui creates a beautiful and extraordinary dialogue between the traditional music of the Colombian Pacific, the Timbiquí River miner’s lament and completely modern urban sounds. Timbiquireños take pride in their music, such as the marimba, currulao and bunde.



Chimo Psicodelico ( Casanare)


From the plains and heat of Arauca, a mix of local folklore with rock, If you love enjoying a good guitar solo then you will love the harp solos in their songs. This new approach takes us from sounds that transport us to a distant time of parents or grandparents to energizing music.


La Muchacha (Manizales)


An excellent example of the upcoming wave of Colombian song writers beautiful music that also generates questions about the country, the mountains, the rivers and about the violence that many have survived.



Linaje Originarios (Antioquia)


The rap duo Linaje Originarios (Original Lineage) comes from a resguardo in the western mountain ranges of Colombia, They now write and sing about their heritage and cultural traditions in Embera language, Embera is a language that is spoken by approximately 80,000 people. It is an indigenous language of Colombia and Panama.
